Anne M. Wheeler
Technologist and Partner in Wheeler and Wheeler
Anne consults with large companies on business cases for the deployment of strong authentication for enterprise applications, including privacy and identity protection, using proprietary tools for definition and management of complex corporate information bases.
From 1995 to 2001, Anne worked as Vice President Advanced Technology for First Data Corporation (FDC) where she developed, along with Lynn Wheeler, concepts and patents for Account Based Authentication (ABA) and certificate-less PKI. Prior to FDC, Anne worked with IBM from 1973 to 1994 in advanced systems technology, architecture and design, in both senior engineer and senior marketing roles.
Anne holds a B.S. in mathematics and M.S.E. in computer engineering from the University of Michigan.
Christopher Wee, PhD

Anzuru Technologies, Inc. is a research and consulting company, providing security architecture and computer forensic services. Chris' interests are in measurements of secure system management practices and the characterizations of e-risk.
Chris holds a PhD in Computer Science and other degrees from U.C. Davis. As a post-doctoral researcher at University of California, Davis Computer Security Lab, he conducted research in intrusion detection systems (DIDS, GrIDS, LAFS), policy-directed host auditing (AWB) and network security. Dr. Wee also advises various venture funds regarding information security start-ups.
John D. Spain, PhD, CPP, CFE

John is an American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) Senior Vice President and a member of the Computer Security Standing Committee. He has a Ph.D. in Administration and Management with a dissertation focusing on Corporate Risk Modeling. John is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He has spoken nationally and internationally on computer security, loss control and risk management. John has more than 25 years experience in Industrial Security, Operational and Systems auditing, Information Systems Security and Risk Management. He was responsible for the identification and successful prosecution of members of the "Legion of Doom", an infamous Hacker organization responsible for significant abuse to a number of Fortune 100 companies. John was responsible for the development of a four level, information security protocol as part of a standardized security review for applicants of the Lloyds eComprehensive "cyber" insurance product. He has developed surveys at all levels to assess organizational risk created from the vulnerabilities and threats associated with the modern, technology-driven corporate environment.
