benefits of our membership, we need to share your membership information,
confidentially, with our insurance carrier in the event you need to make a
claim for an identity fraud incident. Upon purchasing solutions that have credit reports, scores or monitoring tools, or other identity monitoring related products, your information may be shared with our providers to help you obtain your
benefits. In certain cases, these providers may require separate information from you in order to
verify your identity and allow you to access sensitive credit or identity reporting agency information. In any event, we do not collect or otherwise use the
information you provide to Us except to determine which products you
buy at our site and to deliver the benefits consistent with your purchase.
Information Sharing with other Non-Affiliated Parties - We do not share any
personally identifiable information with any other parties except our
insurance carrier and/or credit reporting agency partners as described above or under confidential audit or as may
be required by law. Should we decide to promote other firms products and
services that we feel may be of benefit to you, i.e. firewalls, shredders,
etc., we will present the opportunities at our Members section or in our
quarterly newsletters to our Members.

described above, you should forego your membership and relationship with Identity Fraud, Inc. We

section or Customer Section as applicable, you can review your contact details. In the event your contact details
change or are not accurate, you will need to notify us promptly. Directions are
located in our Members or Customers Section(s). For changes or inaccuracies in your insurance policies, or credit
reports with the bureaus, , etc., we want you to contact us, however, you will have to work
directly with the credit reporting agencies, or government agencies, as applicable.
