If you have received a phone call or letter from CommunityAmerica informing you of a recent incident that may have exposed your personal information, CommunityAmerica has secured Identity Protection for your benefit, which includes unlimited assistance and $10,000 of identity insurance. If you have a question or become a victim of any type of identity theft, please call our hotline at 1-866-443-3728. The customer service hotline operates from 10am to 7pm, CST, Monday - Friday. However, identity theft victims have 24/7 access to this hotline.

Please take a moment to view our Prevent, Prepare and Respond tabs provided above for important information regarding identity protection. Additionally, we encourage you to place a fraud alert on your credit files by calling one of the credit bureaus directly at the toll-free numbers provided below or by submitting your FACT Act Credit Bureau Fraud Alert Enrollment Form.

FACT Act Credit Bureau Fraud Alert (IFI Enrollment Form)

Please Note: Your FACT Act Credit Bureau Fraud Alert is Free by Law

By submitting your personal details to Identity Fraud, Inc. (IFI) via the IFI Enrollment Form, you hereby consent to have IFI place fraud alerts on your behalf and grant IFI limited authority to place and maintain such alerts until you notify us to stop or until the expiration date of your CommunityAmerica benefits. Not all attempts to place fraud alerts via telephone or the Internet are successful. If our attempts fail, we will endeavor to contact and inform you of what steps you may need to take to engage the alerts. Of course, we will not ask you to disclose any sensitive personal information to us if we originate the contact and call or email you. Please keep this in mind to avoid common scams that seek your personal information. Fraud alerts help but do not guarantee that new accounts will not be opened in your name. Thus, it remains important that you review your credit reports at least once each year and contact IFI if you experience any type of identity theft or fraud.
